16.6.2008 JURI CHANGES HIS SURNAME

Juri revived his old family name. From now on he is called Juri Franska.

12.6.2008 THE BOAT INCIDENT

Lasse, the resident He-Man of southwest Finland, fought against the forces of nature last Saturday whilst trying to come ashore. During this battle of powers, he managed to rupture his right-hand side musculus pectoralis major bars clavicularis. As you might already guess, we won’t be doing any gigs for a while.

No, we're not quite dead yet *grins*! The long overdue version 1 of our song "Pain Inside" is now ready for your judgement. We do hope to get some feedback, which you can give at our forum.

Finally, we release Freighter, the first of several home-brew recordings made at our underground headquarters. Check it out here! Feel free to give us feedback, since we are always ready to produce, reproduce, remix and remaster stuff should intelligent suggestions for improvements arise. 30.6.2007 10th ANNIVERSARY!

Yo-ho! We salute ourselves for ten years of playing together. To celebrate (besides the beer-gulping), we'll be offering you all kinds of stuff in the coming months, starting with the new timeline in the Band-section. (We'll try and find ya some more silly pictures for sure!) Anyway, You'll also soon be hearing demos of our new material; Freighter should be ready soon, and many more to come... 21.4.2007 GETTING BACK TO BUSINESS

All right, folks; Juri's hand is healing up, and we're ready to hit the stage again! Our next gig will be at the School's out party in Mietoinen on 1.6.2007. Lately we've been writing new material and producing the old, and hope to do some recording in the summer. Stay tuned!

28.2.2007 THE SLED INCIDENT

Juri was injured last sunday while riding his sled. Unfortunately this means that we wont be playing any gigs at least for the next 3 months. But hey, check out the picture taken after Juri's surgery here!

1.2.2007 PROMO REVIEW

Due to reasons out of our hands, we have to cancel our next gig at the Rokkibaari on 2.12.2006. So we wish you all a merry Christmas and a happy new year, and hope to see you again next year! In the mean time, we'll just keep on writing new material and stuff.

Our promo was reviewed live on the internet-radio Pommiradio. They gave us the fine rating of 'Terästä' (Steel), which apparently means we'll be on their playlist for a while. Unfortunately they don't have the review in written form, but check the station out anyways!

23.9.2006 CORRECT GIG DATE

Today there was an article about Queenstone and Autere in the local Aamuset paper; we would like to point out that in the article it was falsely stated that we'll be playing at S-Osis on 4.10. The correct date is of course 14.10.

9.9.2006 QS VS. AUTERE SOCCER MASSACRE

The first annual Turku Metal Football tournament was played on this date. Queenstone and Autere (as the only participating bands) were the self-proclaimed finalists in this bloodbath of bloodbaths, which eventually ended in a mutual ass-whooping with the end result 2-2. So hooray for us all!

Queenstone-baby! Nalle had a sweet lil' baby girl last Thursday. We salute, bow, celebrate and congratulate our fertile Naldemar and all others involved in the enterprise!

17.7.2006 GIGGING WITH AUTERE

The always-heavy Autere will be joining us for our next gig at the Rokkibaari on 29.7. That means a bum-kickin' good time for all involved, so get yer booty down there, and no excuses!

There's been so much demand for our new merchandise (namely the rockin' wristbands), that we've decided to start (mass) production on the first batch. 20.10.2003 TOPI HAS DECIDED TO LEAVE THE BAND

Our bass player Topi decided to leave Queenstone because of his lack of time, since all of his time goes to diaper changing and studies. Topi thinks that Queenstone has a great chance of getting big and this was just the right time to leave the band - we would like to thank him for all these years we've played together.

14.10.2003 LASSE WILL SERVE FULL YEAR

Lasse Joined the Reserve officer school (RUK). This means that he will serve a full year. We will resume serious gigging next summer.

8.8.2003 COMING UP OUR FOURTH DEMO

We are currently recording our fourth demo in the Musamuusa-studio. There will be two totally new tracks called "Man in the mirror" and "Eye for an eye". Third track will be a new version of the song titled "Gone".

9.7.2003 LASSE JOINED THE ARMY

Our drummer joined the army. It seems that he will be there a full year. We'll use this time to make new material.
